Study and play in Wales could get you to the UEFA Champions League

This dream could turn into a reality for three US students at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Jessica Westhoff, Maddie Schupbach and Olivia Thompson, as part of Cardiff Met’s Study and Play programme get to participate in elite level sports alongside their academic study.

Cardiff Met have already competed in the Champions League four times and this year aim to qualify for the main tournament & to play against the best teams in Europe such as Manchester City, Olympique Lyonnais & Bayern Munich. To continue progressing and to compete at this level Cardiff Met are always looking for players who could strengthen the programme.

Players have the unique opportunity to continue to study an extensive range of undergraduate, postgraduate and research degree programmes in combination with their football.  Further information about this programme is available on Cardiff Met’s website
