Study in Wales is the customer facing brand of the Global Wales programme, and promotes Wales as a study destination as a hub of inspiration and information for international audiences considering studying in Welsh universities and colleges .

The Study in Wales brand is one of the Welsh Government's core sector brands and this website is part of a collection along with Wales’ main international gateway website wales.com.

The Global Wales programme provides a strategic, collaborative approach to international higher education and further education in Wales, and is a partnership between Universities Wales, Colleges Wales, Welsh Government, British Council Wales, and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales. Between 2022 and 2026 it is funded by the Welsh Government via Taith. 

Global Wales' projects and activities are managed by Universities Wales, a membership body representing the interests of Wales’ nine universities and works autonomously as part of Universities UK.
