studyinwales.ac.uk takes the collection, usage, and management of personal data seriously.

On completion of the contact form at https://www.studyinwales.ac.uk/global-wales-postgraduate-scholarships-application-form your data will be collected and the information you provide in the contact form may be shared with the following:

  • Welsh Government officials who are working on the Study in Wales project 
  • Universities Wales staff who are working on supporting scholarship applications
  • Staff at the eight Welsh Universities that will be processing your application

Where your application is unsuccessful we and the partners outlined above will not hold your data longer than 3 months. For those applications who are successful your data will be held on file for the duration of the scholarship you have been awarded. 

We will use your email address only for the purposes or confirming receipt of your application, processing your application and letting you know the outcome of the application.
