We're thrilled to welcome advisors to Wales this spring for our 2026 tour which will take place between 18 May - 22 May 2026,where you will visit six of our wonderful institutions throughout the week.
This tour is open for advisors and consultants from North America that work with high school students considering college overseas - come and see what Wales has to offer!
What's included
Study in Wales will cover all accommodation and travel costs once in Cardiff, and most meals, from Monday morning through to Friday night. You'll also have the opportunity to take in the beauty of Wales and a warm Welsh welcome while on your travels.
Provisional Plan
Sunday 17 May - Arrive into London, and travel to Cardiff. Check into hotel.
Monday 18 May - Visit two universities plus an evening reception in Cardiff.
Tuesday 19 May - Visit to your third university.
Wednesday 20 May - Visit to your fourth university.
Thursday 21 May - Visit to your fifth university.
Friday 22 May - Visit to your sixth university and return to Cardiff for a well-earned rest.
Saturday 23 May - Depart on your onward journey.
Application Timelines
Applications are due by Friday 30 January 2026.
Successful applicants will be chosen by Friday 13 February 2026. We will also pull together a reserve list to be on standby.
Successful applicants MUST show proof of travel to secure their place no later than Friday 20 March 2026.
