It’s a close-knit community: students benefit from small class sizes and supportive tutors, and have the benefit of living in one of the UK’s most affordable cities.

There’s a strong focus on employability. The University pledges to give its graduates the Cardiff Met EDGE – ethical, digital, global and entrepreneurial skills to develop their confidence and resilience, preparing them for life after university. It maintains close links with industry, and offers great opportunity for work placements and internships.

The University is well known for its sporting pedigree. Students take part at the highest level of national and international competition, and many have gone on to European, Commonwealth or world success.
